Individual Therapy
My aim is to create a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for you to talk
about emotional difficulties and conflicts. I work with individuals and couples struggling with
a wide range of emotional and relationship problems, utilizing an integrative approach, tailored to each
client’s unique needs. Drawing from various techniques and interventions, including but not limited to
Attachment-Focused approaches, such as Emotionally-Focused therapy, Psychodynamic therapy,
Humanistic therapy, and Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, my goal is to provide
the best treatment for you.
I believe the most important part of the healing process is the relationship between therapist and client.
I strive to achieve a connection that communicates both my skill as a therapist and my care as a human being.
If you decide to work together after the consultation, sessions are provided weekly or twice weekly.
